PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. By using this website, you signify your consent to these terms of use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not use the website. The materials contained in this Website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Larkin Living Spaces LLC Products

Larkin Living Spaces LLC products include but are not limited to: Your E-Design Business Roadmap, Your E-Design Mentorship Community, The E-Design Academy, E-Design 101, Social Media and Marketing for E-Design

 

Refund and Return Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, The E-Design Academy has a strict NO REFUND policy. Once a course is purchased, students have full lifetime access to the course materials inside. No refunds will be issued for students who have been given access to the materials of our courses.

PAYMENT PLANS

If you have elected to enroll in an installment payment plan for any of the courses/packages we offer, you agree to also authorize the charges on your credit card or other payment method. By signing up for the payment plan, you also agree to pay your balance in full by the date specified on your payment plan until your payment plan is complete, as set forth by way of your acceptance of the purchase terms upon checkout.

 

You also acknowledge that the credit card(s) or payment method(s) you use to purchase any payment plan for any individual course or package will be active, valid and have sufficient funds available during the entire term of the payback period. If for any reason my payment is declined, you agree to provide an alternative, valid payment method. If your credit card cannot be charged on the date specified by Larkin Living Spaces  LLC reserves the right to revoke your access to that product.

 

You also understand and agree that you will be charged a late fee of 1% for each month that your account is due and owing for any reason whatsoever. Larkin Living Spaces LLC reserves the right to report delinquent payments to credit agencies and collections agencies, including reasonable attorney’s fees.

 

LIFETIME* ACCESS

 

You shall have access to “The E-Design Academy” course for the lifetime of that course, for as long as LLS continues to run “The E-Design Academy”. If Larkin Living Spaces LLC decides to terminate The E-Design Academy, you will be given no less than thirty (30) days written notice prior to termination.

REVOCATION OF ACCESS

 

You have the unilateral right to terminate your use and access to any of the aforementioned courses or packages, however your unilateral termination will not excuse you of further payment. If you have violated any of the terms stated herein, Larkin Living Spaces  LLC reserves the right to revoke access to the courses or packages immediately.

 

CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACKS

 

You understand and agree that in the event that you initiate a chargeback and/or merchant dispute with your issuing bank for any courses or packages available from Larkin Living Spaces LLC that you have in fact received and owe payment for, and you are successful in recovering the disputed funds that would otherwise be owed to us, we will make every effort to provide documentation to the issuing bank that you did receive delivery of your products including this Chargeback Policy, as well as our Refund Policy.

 

Further we reserve the right to issue you an invoice for any and all products that Larkin Living Spaces  LLC has sold and delivered to you. You hereby agree to pay the full invoice in the event that a chargeback dispute is initiated. Should you ultimately fail to make appropriate payment, we reserve the right to pursue any and all available legal and equitable remedies available by law.

Payments

You represent and warrant that when makes purchases from Larkin Living Spaces LLC that any credit card or payment information you give us is accurate and complete; and, any charges incurred by you will be honored by your financial institution or credit card company; and, you will pay the charges incurred by you, including any and all taxes; and, if your payment method is not honored for any reason, you will still pay any incurred charges, including any surcharge we may incur due to the failed payment.

ARBITRATION MUST BE ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. THIS MEANS NEITHER YOU NOR WE MAY JOIN OR CONSOLIDATE CLAIMS IN ARBITRATION BY OR AGAINST OTHER CUSTOMERS, OR LITIGATE IN COURT OR ARBITRATE ANY CLAIMS AS A REPRESENTATIVE OR MEMBER OF A CLASS OR IN A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL CAPACITY.
